Key Definitions

The meanings of the key terms used in this Agreement are clarified below:

• jetbu / Platform: The https://jetbu.bar website and all associated services.
• User / You: Any person who visits or uses the Platform.
• Account: A personal user account registered on jetbu.
• Bonus Balance: Funds received from promotional bonuses that require a specified wagering requirement to be met before withdrawal.
• Cash Balance: Funds deposited into your account or won, which are available for withdrawal.
• Wagering Requirement: A condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• KYC: "Know Your Customer" — the identity verification process.
• SSL Encryption: A technical security measure used to protect user data.

Age Condition

To open an account and use jetbu's services, you must be at least 21 years of age. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. jetbu may request the necessary documents to verify age at any time. Providing false information regarding the age requirement may result in account cancellation.

Other Eligibility Conditions

• You must be a valid jetbu account holder.
• One person may operate only one account.
• All information provided from your account must be completely truthful and accurate.
• You will conduct gaming activities in your own name and with your own funds.
• Placing bets or operating an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

Registration Terms

When registering on jetbu, you must provide accurate and complete information. jetbu reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time if incorrect or false information is provided. Creating more than one account per person is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts and associated balances being cancelled.

Identity Verification (KYC)

jetbu may request documents at any time to verify identity, age, and address. If the requested KYC documents are not provided within the specified time, withdrawals may be delayed or the account may be temporarily restricted.

Login Credential Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential.
• You are responsible for any activity carried out from your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• Sharing login credentials with multiple people is prohibited.

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on jetbu is ৳500. jetbu supports only the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer — Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks

Deposits from third-party bank accounts or mobile wallets are not permitted. Deposited funds will be credited to the account only after verification by jetbu.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 10 and 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a registered payment method and to an account in your own name.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• jetbu reserves the right to carry out additional verification for any suspicious transaction.

Currency & Tax

jetbu processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The user is solely responsible for paying any taxes or charges applicable to them. jetbu does not provide tax advice.

Welcome Bonus

jetbu offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or deposit ৳16,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳31,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Each bonus has its own applicable terms and conditions; specific terms are stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are only usable in your own account.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts may result in all accounts and bonuses being cancelled.
• jetbu reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.
• Bonuses may only be used for fair and genuine gaming purposes.

General Gaming Rules

All games on jetbu are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined by an independent and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). Detailed rules for each game can be found on the relevant game page.

Sports Betting Rules

• All bets are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• If a match or event is cancelled, a refund or reschedule will be handled in accordance with jetbu's own rules.
• If a technical issue causes an error in a bet outcome, jetbu reserves the right to make a correction.
• If illegal collusion or match-fixing among bettors is detected, the related bets will be cancelled and the account suspended.

Strictly Prohibited Actions

The following actions, whether knowingly or unknowingly, are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Intentionally exploiting any system or game vulnerability.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

jetbu complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) policies. If a suspicious transaction is identified, jetbu may be required to temporarily freeze the account and notify the relevant authorities. The associated funds may be temporarily held in such cases.

Account Closure by jetbu

jetbu reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to provide the required KYC documents.
• Prolonged inactivity (generally 12 months or more).
• As required to comply with legal obligations related to money laundering.

Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw all eligible balances before closing your account. Any unused bonuses will be considered void after account closure.

Inactive Account Policy

A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. Users will be notified in advance by email. Contact the support team to reactivate an inactive account.
